Why won't my plants go into flower or show sex ??

Started of late my plants are 3 months 3 weeks old and have yet to go into flower or show sex yet what am I doing wrong

Are they receiving some light at night? Sometimes just a little more than moon light can delay expressing sex.

Wow

I started a plant from seed in the end of June and before it went into flower September it was taller than a tomato cage, and it was sort of near a plant that was a foot tall in May and by September was over 8 feet tall and blocking a fair amount of sun to junior.
How much sun does your plant get? What feeding schedule did you use? Are you in a place non conductive to growing.

I can already see that the plants are not getting any light from at least two sides (the house and that tank-thing). If they aren't getting enough light then that's probably why they are reluctant to flower.

Oh man. Harvest season is pretty much over in the capital region of New York. Those are not gonna finish. They've gotta be getting light from somewhere at night.

Light at night is the only thing that makes sense to me. Otherwise they should at least be showing some sort of signs.
