I dug into side lighting and under-lighting quite a bit

So, what I've found is side-lighting will assist in bud size moreso than under-lighting. I believe the mechanism is, the TOPS of your leaves "eat" the light, not the undersides of the leaves. Side-lighting still hits the tops of leaves.

I recall seeing a grower on youtube that used side lights on ONE side of his grow, and that side had noticeably fatter buds.

To give more context the main light was there already but I added the 2 on the sides
I’m the vegetative state on such a young plant I’m not sure I see any benefits arising just yet. Possibly in flower you may see a difference. If the lower leaves aren’t getting light from above, those fan leaves will turn toward the brighter light to soak it up.
When I move my lights indoors the leaves from the tops on the far side will lean toward the light source. Outdoor plants do the same. If I check on them nearing sunset.. the leaves will be facing in the direction of where the sun is.
Using that set up now will only waste power I think. I’d only use the big one on one side, and rotate the plant periodically so it’s taking up the light evenly, or as even as possible under the circumstances.

The lights all dim so I have them sending out roughly the same. My thought process is to just get more light in there for the budsites that are a little below the canopy ... I also thought that may cause them to grow sideways....towards the light...which may be okay depending on how quickly they do that. It may be a waste of electricity but whatever we'll see.

As long as you can control your growth environment(heat, humidity, airflow, nutrition) you will absolutely see a benefit from that! It would probably be better to hang them on the actual sides of the plant at least once it gets a bit bigger. More light on the plant and less on the pots basically.

I've watched MANY grows over the years that included side lighting, underlighting, and various types of vertical lighting including with light movers. Any of those grows that were properly maintained produced better for those growers then not having the extra lighting had in the past. I've seen a couple grows where the growers had panels like yours positioned all around the plant along with on top. In the end the plants were covered top to bottom on big rip buds. The goal is to maximize the amount of light able to reach every angle of incident on the leaves. That allows the whole plant to perform the way normally only the tops do. The side branches are able to develop better and yield more.

well
That's on the low end for flowering but should work
i can go up to 1000 - we just started flower a couple days ago but we'll see what happens i topped one side of her and then a couple days later i saw the white pistils come out
why are the plants not LST under the pot >:(
Well this is my 3rd grow ever and I am learning. I also learnt me that I need 2 tents because next week this will all go in my tent but you get the idea and when in the tent yes I'll hang all lights. I put the lights on boxes to raise them for now.

I did a little LST but it's an auto so idk how much I can get away with....I do plan on spacing some of them out and trying to get the hight all the same tonight or tomorrow ...well a few days ago but life happens
