Broke til payday means it's time to clean out the freezer. Pretty pumped I found this 2lb London broil I forgot I had. Tossed it in the sous vide this morning for an almost effortless dinner tonight and probably lunch and dinner tomorrow as well. I did turn the temp down to 129 or 130.

Who has a wireless meat thermometer they like? There are a lot of choices and prices out there.
I've run Mavericks with good luck but I love this one:

It runs the blower for my Big Green Egg too to keep me at an even temp for those very long smoke sessions. They are wired probes to a sending unit
