My 1st hydro set up

Hey all just wanted some feed back and advice on my setup

Set up
Gorilla grow tent 5x5
Lumatek 1000w led light
36litre 4 pot alien silver hydro dwc system
Ac infinty cloud line 8inch fan
Ac infinty t7 humidifier
Dehumidifie
Heater

So that’s my set up all tho not sure if I need 8 inch fan. So advice on that be great

And 4x36 litre what you think I’m gonna get yield wise

And any hydro growers out there got any advice on growing multiple strains.

And light leeks are they a big problem my tent will be in dark room but I don’t want hermaphrodites.

And hydro growers out there what ya experience with water ph levels

The bigger the better for a fan, you can always turn it down.

Yeah I figured with fan low speed stop tent sucking in and hopefully this prolongs fan life
My 1st grow I no all nutrients come with flow chart and I no about adjusting for tap water
Just seeing what you guys do as far as worrying about ph levels and light leeks and growing multiple strains in hydro my be a lot for my 1st try lol

its best to get used to one strain firs of all, once you get used to that strains needs, you can then move on to two strains and work your way up. but if you like the deep end of learning, dive on in

Na mate i ain’t that clever or confident lol I’m might go 2 strains thinking royal runtz and gorilla glue from royal queen seeds in my 36 litre smart pot
What ya think wise for a 1st time grow or Incredibly stupid and will be an expensive mistake

It’s my 1st grow ever decided to go hydro root, rather than soil, I’m not expecting great results my 1st time I no it’s a hard learning curve. But practice makes perfect.
I’m asking all these questions just trying to see what general opinion was

Nice just keep an eye on it water stabilises to room temp pretty quick and you want to keep the water about 18-20 degrees. Alien make good systems keep the food simple and low ec and have fun

Yeah you got me thinking about adding water chiller even tho I be doing a winter grow and header pot will be outside tent, I’m guessing the water could get warm under led lights especially if I got 1000w so might run chiller anyways to stay safe

Yeah it’s always better to prepare for all possibilities, especially with dwc. But sounds like you are going to do alright mate

I dunno my 1st ever grow and I’m attempting hydro, spent a shit load on the equipment. But I’m not expecting great results if any for my 1st grow.
best case I get a decent yield and smoke, worse case I have a total breakdown right here in this forum lol either way some1 will have a laugh lol starting it all im about a month I hope

You have defiantly decided to jump in at the deep end. But you are willing to learn and are spending where you need to. The guy was right about multi strains being difficult in dwc systems but not impossible. Just research your strains try to match their structure and feeding pattern and you will do alright mate

That's a good mindset. If you don't have any gardening experience at all (veggies, etc.) you may just want to do one plant for your first run. Make your mistakes on one and learn from it and go from there.

Yeah I could run 1 plant but my set up is 4x36 litre buckets. So fuck it I’m gonna go for the four. Rely on this forum to get me through then if it goes well I congratulate myself if it goes wrong I blame all you guys lol joke

Yeah I no doing different strains is hard I wanted to try for variety. Strain wise I’m thinking royal runtz,cookies gelato by royal seeds. I defo grow 1 of these maybe 2. I no they both flower in 8-9 weeks but I don’t no there nutrients needs.
