It looks like Donald lost Trump tower and his other NY properties, a receiver will sell them off, pay creditors and the state gets the rest. I wonder if they will pay money out to Russian creditors under sanction. This could lead to the complete collapse of his businesses, and he lives in his business, so if he goes bankrupt, he might be homeless too, until federal housing can be arranged. They can't garnishee his presidential pension though, but there isn't much to buy in prison.

Guilty: Trump nailed for fraud as he braces for four other trials

This is going to put a hurt on his money laundering business. Corrupt dictators and oligarchs around are going to miss the good old days when they had a US president in their collective pocket.

Trump is squirming, but this is not just another stiff, this is the taxman and he has lots of powers to seize shit. I expect the judge to hammer Trump for more than $250 million judging from his comments thus far and the trial starts Monday with a hanging judge. It is very much a legal hanging and then a fair trial after!

Eric and Donnie Jr need to be watched to......make sure they don't move assets around as well

I am disinclined to joke about lynching as you describe. While I find P01135809 despicable, the only road to a democratic outcome is to extend to him every protection of the judicial process.

While I think conviction is 99% likely, it is not certain, and only a dispassionate application of a trial of facts, followed by a jury’s conclusion, conforms to respecting the rule of law.

I want him found guilty without any deviation from due process.

Imo this would have him detained pending trial, but this ain’t my circus, ain’t my monkeys. The part that matters is beginning to play out.
