that’s been a key tactic of theirs: to call the obvious absurd [as the basis for obstructive motions].

At some point I hope a figurative pallet of drywall is dropped on their heads. They’re the sort who give lawyering a bad name with this blatant perversion of fact.
The only solace I take about Trump running around loose is how much it will damage the GOP. If the SCOTUS doesn't disqualify him, I and many experts will be surprised. If he is disqualified by the end of the year, the longer he is running around loose the worse it will be for the republicans, especially if he promotes a "write Trump in" revenge campaign on them and endorses lunatics to primary those he doesn't like.

I have yet to see the party take any real lasting hits. I take no solace at all in that obvious seditionist being given the kid-glove treatment. He should have been Teixeira’d and held pending trial.

oh Don Don the orange man......just got popped for FRAUD.......now let set the damages....

His year of legal Hell has just begun and should get much worse before the year is out with a disqualification likely and his coconspirators in Georgia being convicted by Christmas. Then it will be a very unhappy new year for Donald and others I figure.

There should be state criminal charges coming over this, and he owes the feds tax money, there should be potential federal criminal charges over tax fraud too.

What happens to Trump tower and his other NY properties, do the Saudi's buy them for him? He needs a company to run those assets and he has loans out on them, from the same banks he defrauded I presume. This should affect those loans and the bankers might get nervous about things being seized for tax bills... Of course, if the Saudi's were bankrolling him there would be little problem with him with losing a few billion of their money.

I would suspects banks and other money organization right now are shaking in the 3pc suits, trying to figure what's gonna happen as well

think even the Saudi's are doing the facepalm right now.....

keep in mind it's not just his NY properties, this might include in coming Jersey and Florida too....cause those properties were owned by the organization as well

also his new bill is coming as well...like i mentioned before it's a + or - 2 Billion dollar payment he has to make......

He might have cash flow problems, unless MBS arrives with a shipping container of cash for him, if he can't pay the bill, they start seizing and selling shit to settle the tax bill, those bills are unlike the other bills he owed, they just take shit for nonpayment. I wonder if he was smart enough to setup trusts for himself that can't be sued, probably not.

Thought it might be interesting to see What Newsmax makes of it, usually I do not let the video play but the announcer started with, then brought in a guy saying it is a political job and people will not believe in the justice system because of this.

"Getting some breaking news in now, we got a decision on that baseless lawsuit brought by Trump hating New York Attorney General Leticia James against the Trump organization."

Judge Rules Trump Committed Fraud Amid Ex-President's Denial

A judge ruled Tuesday that Donald Trump defrauded banks and insurers for years as he built his real estate empire, a charge the former president has vigorously denied, defending the Trump Organization as a “great company” that’s oft-maligned by a “politically motivated witch hunt.”

Justice Arthur Engoron made the ruling ahead of the $250 million civil lawsuit being brought against Trump, his adult sons and Trump Organization by New York Attorney General Letitia James. Engoron agreed with James that Trump overvalued his assets and exaggerated his net worth.

Trump railed against Engoron on Monday, as if he had a preview of what was coming down the pike, slamming the judge as a “Trump hater.”

"I have been unfairly sued by the Trump Hating Democrat Attorney General of New York State, Letitia James, over the false fact that I inflated my Financial Statements,” Trump posted to Truth Social.

"The Judge in the case, Arthur F. Engoron, refused to allow this case to go to the "Commercial Division," where it belongs, because he is a Trump Hater beyond even A.G. James, who campaigned against me spewing horrible inflammatory statements which are False & Defamatory."

Engoron ruled that Trump, his sons and company executives repeatedly led on financial statements to secure more favorable loan terms and lower insurance premiums.

Engoron specifically addressed a claim made by Trump on Monday.

“On the front page of the financial statements there is a strong “disclaimer clause” telling all not to rely on these financial statements. The disclaimer clause tells anyone reviewing the data, including financial institutions, to do their own research and analysis — it is a non reliance clause, and could not be more clear,” Trump posted.

Engoron rejected that disclaimer, ruling that his financial tactics crossed a line and the clause that Trump pointed to did not absolve him of wrongdoing.

The non-jury trial is set to begin Oct. 2.

However, Trump's attorneys filed a lawsuit against James and Engoron that could delay the start of the trial. While Engoron dismissed some claims in Tuesday’s summary judgment, an appeals court is reportedly expected to rule Thursday on the lawsuit against James and Engoron.

In addition to the $250 million in penalties, James is also seeking a ban on Trump doing business in New York, his home state. The trial is expected to last until December.

Black people going after his wallet and trying to lock him up should piss Donald off! He is like someone being torn apart by a pack of wolves and one wolf named Jack has his balls in his jaws.
