Aphids, Thrips and Mg deficiency, a tale of a boy who made all the mistakes possibe

Hi everyone, first time growing and posting. I've got a mixed grow room with 4 plants, 2 are clones and 2 are from seed.
One of the plants from seed seems to be suffering a Magnesium deficiency. I believe this is from soil acidity, I did a test with baking soda yesterday but I'm going to get a test kit to confirm.
The girls have had a hard life and have taken a beating through my trials and errors. This is just a little hobby for me.
I believe there is some thips damage on some leaves but they prefer the parsley.
The aphids seem to only like my peppers.
My question is, what would be the best way to bomb the room to control these pests while still in veg and still being able to eat the food produced?
Also any other issues you guys see please point them out. There is so much information out there it sends me for a bit of a spin.

2 to 3 tablespoons of Epsom salt in that one that looks deficient should be fine and then watered in. As far as the pests its tough cause you have things in your grow room that you are eating too. I havent used it in a long time but look into Spinosad, its the only thing I can think of at the moment for your particular situation. Ill get a few coffees in me and think some more on this.

Thanks for the reply, went full powder bomb. Tomato dust, spinitoram, copper and sulfur.
Kept the air purifier on in the room with the tent closed, washed the entire room 1 week after. Everything is dead apart from the plants.

Was pretty dusty until the wash, had to wear a mask on entry.
