No sir. I'm in the northern California.
Just me thinking back to the same time and coincidentally finding plants like that in a harvested corn field . The pistils were degraded to the point of not showing color but the weed looked like it had potential and was seeded so we saved some .
The next season we put some out and they had vivid violet/purple pistils . It was good smoke but not as good as our own strain so we didn't run it again .
Not that yours won't be killer though , a lot has changed since then .
