"Porch misting system" + Drum fans + Zerotol 2.0 used as directed. Set a 1/2 horsepower pump on a 12 hour timer, spray plants every 12 hours followed by running those drum fans ideally tunneling air through canopies while sprayers go off to distribute the mist into the canopies. To hold spray line up you can simply buy some channeled fence posts and connect them using bolts to get them high enough then ziptie the spray lines to them..
100 ft porch misting system or 50 ft depending on your needs, a couple drum fans to move air on wet days or stagnant days, make sure your drum fan is a sealed motor meant for outdoor use then some zerotol. You could probably get away with just zerotol if you have decent airflow in your area, also the zerotol is Hydrogen Peroxide (h2o2) with Peroxyacetic Acid (PAA), the PAA stabilizes the oxygen molecule in the h2o2 so that it doesn't evaporate as quickly as if it were pure h2o2. This allows longer surface contact before it breaks off and turns back into oxygen and water.
Using h2o2+PAA will help prevent mold, mildew, most bugs, good and bad unfortunately (any exoskeleton bugs will get dried out)

If you can't afford a setup like that, your kinda boned, cause that defeats the purpose of outdoor growing imo. At that point, you might as well grow indoors to avoid smoking and inhaling mildew.
