Lockout?

Is this the first signs of nutrient lockout? Some of her fan leaves aregetting this (red tiny dots on her tips and they curl downwards. And some bottom ones have had to be removed due to its bad state ( leafs) it's week 3 into flower. Thank you

looks a it on high nut. not looked out, reduce by half. i am told. i was looked out and lost lots of foliage. buildup i guess
