our safeway has this jalapeno bacon in the meat dep't that has been my go to . just enought hint of jalapeno.

My ceasar salad. Always happy with a good meal but well, let’s just say it’s not comfort food.




And for the wife a goat cheese rocket walnut apple cucumber wholegrain pasta spinach salad with honey-thyme dressing

Pork chops with hot Korean marinate and home made pasta salad.


Ham, cheese , shrooms, and green onion 3 egg omelet.


Modified my fish and chips batter by subbing in some corn meal, cayenne, and Emeril's Cajun spice with a nice ale.

Lettuce still in the fridge.


Put a tri tip on the smoker, just used charcoal. Came out good with a smoke ring even. Zucchini from the garden with leftover hush puppies..



I'm hungry now...lol.

My first introduction to them was when I visited a friend who had just moved to Branson, MO, long before it became a destination. I lost my dad's Abu Garcia reel in the lake when I was helping one of my kid's bait his hook, still good memories.

Cinnabon Cinnaminis has got to be the best name for that ever . "Bruhhhh I need to hit up Taco Bell for my Cinnaminis"
