Blueberry bbq sauce.
Garlic and onions sautéed in a little olive oil.

Then deglazed with a little apple cider vinegar.

Whole blueberries go in and softend up a bit.

Then add garlic and onion powder, black pepper, salt, sugar and my rub I made. Any basic rub you like should work fine. I used the stick blender and cooked that down a bit till it was thick.

Blueberry’s and garlic? What the hell have you been smoking, lol. Blueberry BBQ sauce , sure….. Lol. Why don’t you just heat up some blueberry jelly in the microwave,
This means bbq good

I got that

It was actually brought up again today how much my friends liked it. It's a hit, and I'm gonna make more lol

I only took half a dose of the tincture....

The ribs were such a hit last week, I'm trying again. A little meatier this time!

3 hours at 275 degrees with just salt & pepper, then I'll finish on the grill with barbeque sauce.

I do mine in my Ninja Foodie about 45 minutes start to finish. Can't tell the difference from my grill but can from my smoker, but not much. I need to finish eating out of my freezer. I have a new frig coming and need to clear instead of move.
