My plants have always turned yellow too. 8 years as a grower and still no answers... Harvested more than my weight last year, and every one of those lovely bitches turned yellow. The world may never know....

FDD- beautiful plants man!!!!! You have like 5 yellow leaves on 1 plant- I think this might be more directed to those who have a whole plant with yellow leaves- would you try and fix it then??? or just let it ride at week 5???
I hope you will answer this being one of the more knowledgeable people here at the site.....
I definately see more purple or green than yellow.

IMO it really doesnt matter how far into flowering you are if you have a Def, then you need to fix it. Allowing it to continue growing with ANY type of Def will hinder the plant and not allow it to reach its full potential. Just as long as you know when to cut off the nutes and begin flushing then Id say go for it...I think thats what GraF was saying.
Psuedo, I agree with you on the point that if you plan to harvest within a couple days or so then yeah, its pointless to add the nutes to fix the yellowing UNLESS you continue flowering for a few more weeks w/nutes, flush for a few weeks and then harvest.
But since the yellowing doesnt "suddenly appear" in week 5 or 6 then you should fix the problem as soon as it begins and you will be better off in the end.

you are going to find in your upcoming grows that hands on is alot more informative than just reading... Take it from me, I used to tell people the same thing you are saying right now.... thats fine, I was on my first grow at the time also but, what did I get??? shitty buds. now Im doing the same strain- same lighting- same temps- same EVERYTHING!!! except for fixing the NIT. deficiency- which I did this time.... and now Im going to triple my weight per plant
but hey.... dont listen to me, go read a high times and get your info. from a company that only wants to make money.. fine by me, just dont try to teach me anything being on your first grow.... cuz I already know about it buddy.

Graf, for the last time I am not, and never have, disagreed with you. I don't know why you're making this so difficult. You said in an earlier post to add veg nutes right up until harvest. I said that this would defeat the purpose of flushing (and it does), but for some reason you decided to start a fight about it. Whatever, that's fine. You can argue all you want, but you and I are saying the same things about fixing the N deficiency.
And yes, I am on my first grow...of marijuana. Funny thing about plants though: they all seem to share the same properties, require the same things, react the same way to stimuli, etc. I don't know if you knew it or not, but marijuana is not the only plant that yellows right before harvest. So you're right, hands on is a lot more informative than reading, and I'm glad I'm able to bring some of that experience to these forums.

i pulled her out of the dark. stretched and burnt. i should have left her alone. once again i'm an idiot.
this one got NO nitrogen and lost all her big fan leaves. i see no problem with my yield. no stretch.
