8 SEARCH WARRANTS were obtained in investigation of Trump's documents/obstruction/espionage crimes

A newly unsealed court filing in case the involving Trump's documents/obstruction of justice/espionage crimes revealed that the FBI and federal prosecutors obtained and executed eight search warrants as part of the criminal probe.

Given that Trump disclosed only the one search warrant that was executed at Mar-a-Lago, what might the seven other search warrants have involved? This video takes on that questions.

There could be conspiracy cases involving Trump and she could charge him alone separately over the phone call for a fast conviction. Then try him with the others for conspiracy including the fake electors.

Jack is getting ready to charge Trump too, so they are talking, and Donald could get hit with one set of federal indictments this week and State one's next week. The shit will really hit the fan for Donald over the next week or two and I'm interested in how Jack and the DC judges deal with Donald, once they get him in the courthouse/slaughterhouse. The ground rules are different for criminal defendants in DC, so Donald will have to tread lightly, if Jack does not oppose his release upon arraignment. After he is indicted in DC over J6, Jack might be able to pull the rug out from under Donald and have him locked up, if he doesn't STFU.

Jack could control the GOP primaries and keep Donald out of jail until he wins the republican primaries or looks like he will, unless he is convicted of state crimes first. 24 looks like an interesting election year with Donald going down during or after the primaries or jailed before conviction because of his behavior.

BREAKING: An atomic bombshell goes off in MAGA land as it's revealed that Fulton County DA Fani Willis is considering pursuing numerous charges including solicitation to commit election fraud and conspiracy to commit election fraud.

DA Willis is also considered bringing charges of solicitation of a public or political officer to fail to perform their duties and solicitation to destroy, deface or remove ballots, a deeply serious accusation.

The move to identify a list of possible charges means that the investigation into Donald Trump's efforts to steal the 2020 election is escalating — and experts now predict that prosecutors could soon ask a grand jury for indictments.

Crucially, Willis also aims to charge at least some of the Trump minions who were involved in accessing voting machines and copying sensitive election data.

This is EXACTLY what those of us who care about American democracy have been hoping for and the last thing in the world that Donald Trump wants.

Bring these charges DA Willis!

OK, there is precedence for Trump.

Man who misused donations solicited for Trump agenda sentenced to prison
A Colorado man was sentenced Tuesday to 63 months in prison for his role in a scheme that misused donations solicited for former President Trump’s border wall agenda.

Prosecutors said Timothy Shea and two founders participated in an online fundraising scheme and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars of donations raised for a campaign called, “We Build The Wall.” Donors were told the money would help fund the building of a wall at the U.S. border with Mexico, a central focus of Trump’s platform.

The Southern District of New York U.S. attorney’s office said the campaign raised over $25,000,000 as Andrew Badolato repeatedly promised donors “100 percent” of the funds would go to the campaign’s mission.

Meanwhile, Shea, co-defendants Brian Kolfage and Badolato, and others created a scheme to route the payments to entities and bank accounts in their control, and concealed the payments with fake invoices and sham contracts, according to prosecutors.

“Timothy Shea abused the trust of donors to ‘We Build The Wall,’ stole hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations to line his own pockets, and attempted to obstruct the federal investigation of his criminal conduct,” U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said in a statement Tuesday.
Shea was convicted last fall on three charges including conspiracy to commit wire fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering and obstruction of justice.

In addition to prison time, Shea was sentenced to three years of supervised released and was ordered to forfeit $1,801,707 and pay restitution in that same amount.

Kolfage and Badolato each pled guilty last year to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, while Kolfage also pled guilty to tax and wire fraud charges. Kolfage and Badolato were sentenced to prison in April to 51 months and 36 months respectively, and were both given three years of supervised release. Kolfage was ordered to forfeit $17,872,106 and pay restitution of $2,877,414. Badolato was ordered to forfeit $1,414,368 and pay restitution in the same amount.

Trump’s former adviser and longtime ally Steve Bannon was accused of being involved in the scheme, but Trump granted him clemency just before leaving office. While the federal fraud case against Bannon was dismissed, he now faces state-level charges from Manhattan prosecutors. He is likely to stand trial in November for his alleged role.

oh eastman.....don't try to weasel yourself out of it......you did it and you need to be charged for both DC and Georgia

Oh sure, he shouldn't be charged, after all, to paraphrase what his lawyers are saying,

"He was just a lawyer floating ideas for stealing an election. He was only advising people who were conspiring to criminally steal the election wasn't conspiring with them."

Defense lawyers are a breed unto themselves. They were the kid who denied stealing the chocolate bar and his chocolate stained hands have nothing to do with it.

If they indict him of Thursday, the media will carry it Friday and all weekend, then on Monday when the media day shift comes back to work it will be in the news all next week. It used to be a Friday night news dump was a way to hide a story decades ago, but with the internet news is a 24/7 business these days and people work and even give interviews on TV from home. Having Donald in court on a Friday will lead to maximum coverage and they should track his plane all the way to DC from Bedminster so we should have some notice of his arraignment.

Welp Capt CapsOlock has struck again.......

you get the strange feeling he knows what coming for him........
Could be an indicator he got bad news, when they try to meet with Garland they end up with Jack and an offer to explain why he shouldn't be indicted. I guess we will know after the grand jury meets and the judge sets an arraignment date. It could be Friday and Donald has to appear on Monday or they come get him.
