... I attribute it to swinging metal at small things for fun ...
And until a few months ago, between 7 km and 10 km daily dog walks. Sadly, those have diminished greatly since March.

I walked the course when I played Oliver's this past Sunday and considering that I wasn't wiped at all, I can see myself doing that a lot more in future rounds.

I also shot my best round ever ... a 77 on a Par 71 track. With the trail elbow and the shaft position corrections that I am incorporating this year, I can see myself doing THAT a lot more too.

So ... do the grounds just float on top and make the pot look like the mouth of the Don River?
They should sink after the first 6 hours, but it is nice to have some coffee filters or a small strainer around if your mix has more dusty grit that wants to float. Luckily the conversion process usually means folks have some filters around. They make convenient strainers for us daily warriors. A kind of cone shaped sieve that fits to a mason jar mouth.

Was Oppenheimer awesome but in a bummer, history stinks way? Or was it just bad? I also kinda wanna see that one, but probably with fewer giggles and teeheeing at the cute pink clad folks...
It wasn't bad. I went high AF fully planning on napping throughout and I stayed awake. Just kinda slow to get going and not really a type of movie I'd go to see

We have the paper filters - but we also had a coffee maker prior to this one with one of those conical wire mesh filters. I bet that would work well. It would also work well if we can find it.

Indeed. I used my cone one from pour over for a few months before I decided coldbrew would be my go to, and so upgraded to a slightly easier, but similarly reusable method. I do hope you like it. I rib jeff a lot because he is a goob and a good buddy, but I honestly found the discovery of coldbrew to be a coffee drinking upgrade! We're all weed connoisseurs, and this I feel is just another step to us all becoming pinky out fancy pants friends. Like trying a dry herb vape for the first time, but coffee!

The curmudgeons response is cold coffee is like drinking a beer with a cigarette butt in it. Hot coffee and iced tea, that is god's plan.
Is the curmudgeon you? Or another in your home? Would that person say a hot alcoholic drink like a toddy, or a hot buttered rum is similarly not in gods plan? I love this coldbrew discourse. I should make a thread
