She's really not ready to harvest, I personally, would remove the rot and monitor it very, very closely. If you start to get more rot, then you really don't have a lot of choicest but to harvest. Is there any way to build a cover or move it out of the rain? If you could, that would help, and then, if safe, put a fan on it, at least until the weather gets drier. Being in north central CA, we rarely get rain in the summer, but I live coastal, so I know about humidity.
