jealous AF of your pizza oven at 775F.
i make our own here too in the oven but only 550.

you like clams? our fav is whole baby clams, fresh mozz and san marzano tomatos. delish!

same, oven maxes out around 550 with the broiler, with a 3/4" baking steel I can get *close to a perfect crust but you can't beat that temp. which pizza oven is that? Was looking at the ooni last time I was at the sporting goods store.

Chamorro ribs have been marinating almost 3 days, it's time to show them the grill. Making cheezy spuds to go with them. Time to torture the neighbors with the aroma...lol.

It is the Ooni Karu 16.
Temp will go over 1k or around that when needed .
I have the propane adapter and can also burn wood. Not at the same time...
