Plant Issues: Need Help

No weird smells. Just a little fishy from the flower girl. Stalks seem strong the way I move the plants in and out of the tent. Now it's a race to finish. Day 73. I hope they finish over the next 14 days. I'll start looking at trichomes this weekend.
You mentioned the smell and a few others have touched on the subject. I think they're right.

I don't think this is burn, I think this is Pythium (root rot) Characterised by crispy brown ends and the way the yellowing is spreading top down coupled with the "fishy" smell. You've also got things living in it that shouldn't be living in it which can also be a sign of decay.

I think it's also been mentioned about a peroxide flush. It will kill everything "organic" in your substrate but it will kill your plant if left untreated. At day 73 you're probably due to crop or very close to anyway.

That's my best guess.

I use Dr. Earth Flower Girl and it does not smell fishy. When I mix 1/4 cup to 1 gallon water and let it sit over night, as directed it stinks bad.
Hmmm....

It was my understanding (always open to criticism) the top dressings and organics in general are slow release fertilizers so that problem shouldn't of occured over night unless you emptied the contents of the bag surely?

Only other suggest I have is potentially Potassium Def. I thought you'd of have more rusty brown spots on the leaves tho...

I'm talking about mixing a 1/4 cup FG into a gallon water and letting it sit over night. The next day the solution stinks like a bar restroom where all the homeless alcoholics do their duty at 6:00AM.

So you make a tea with it? I ordering the liquid one. I wanted to try and use that late in the game

The way you explained it how all your plants had it happen at the same time suddenly after your last watering feeding, I cant think its anything other than overfeeding and nutrient burn. Root rot is slow and you can see signs throughout the process its not instant so I dont think its root rot.

The strong smell is your fertilizer, its got some nasty smelling organic stuff in there. The bugs you showed arent causing it either. I dont know for sure but thats my best guess with the info provided. Let me know how it goes. Good luck.

Just checked on it. One plant seems to be yellowing more than all others. I don't believe it's root rot. I have the pots on racks. There's 2 fans blowing under the racks at its lowest speeds. 2 AC Infinity fans oscillating on the canopy. Either nut or ph are my thoughts.

What do you use as a Calcium Magnesium supplement? How often how much? You showed me one picture with those rust spots, this could be a raging calmag deficiency as well? Hopefully its not Septoria

I usually add 2ml per gallon of calmag per watering. Should I be doing something else? This is the 1st run I put my mars fce4800 up to 100%. It's about 12-16 inches away. I lowered the par a few weeks ago. Trying to squeeze by this last couple of weeks. Planning my next run. Seriously thinking about starting with new soil. The bugs got me nervous.

Should I do a slurry test to check the ph?

Thats enough Calmag. The LED light power is not the problem. You could check the pH but I dont think thats the issue. It was too sudden after a feeding.

It begins with just few brown dots up the plant which pretty much reminds calcium deficiency, than it progresses as magnesium still up the plant. In no time it becomes to look pretty rough. Midlle of the plant is looking like potassium and phosphorus and very low just nitrogen. Than the leaves becomes crispy and the whole plant is just going to die in couple of weeks, if have not thrown nanners yet. Talking about pythium. When it comes to fussarium, plant becomes to look droppy at first, than partialy perks up except one or more branches, which wilt and dry. No deficiency presented. Batlling larvae is kinda same symptoms as pythium, but the plant does not neccesary need to die. You will be observing all kind of deficiencies for unknown reason, but plant can be finished and harvested. Somehow. The pain is real when you look at the plant and you know whats going on and you can do shit about that, just wait. Thats the main reason I will never buy anything else but bricks. Organics is too difficult for me lazy begginer. Good luck dude
