I agreeImo, it's not the 1/4 cup every 2 weeks option.
Now I wonder as well.So which one is right I wonder
The plants were happy prior to this. I made a mistake earlier with over feeding. Watered and it self corrected.I agree
The thing with gnats is, that they spread diseases easily, than pythium can make the plant look like this. Or fussarium. That actually makes zero difference, both are pretty bad. I dunno about organic growing, if all of your plants suddenly became like this and they have got the same treatment, than I would say they guys are right. I have experinced nute burn with salts but not with amendments, it has looked different, thats why I would suspect root issues. Hopefully you will drag her to the finish line.I don't see any activity lately. You think it's the problem?
I hope so as well. I did have fungus gnat issues in the past. I treated repeatedly with BMC. I'll add it to today's watering. The thing with gnats is, that they spread diseases easily, than pythium can make the plant look like this. Or fussarium. Like he said if it happened to all the others as well at the same time I dont think it would be a pest issue but rather the overfeeding.I hope so as well. I did have fungus gnat issues in the past. I treated repeatedly with BMC. I'll add it to today's watering.

What are you going to do with a camera in the tent? Might as well get an air mattress and set up shop in the tent (I may or may not have done that)Sone are w
Some are worse than others.
Now I want a camera in the tent.
Tonight I will remove the top layer of soil. I'll add a promix with no fertilizer to cover the feeding roots. I'll be careful. Day 71 and this bs happens. Smells incredible opening the tent though. What are you going to do with a camera in the tent? Might as well get an air mattress and set up shop in the tent (I may or may not have done that)
But for real everything will be fine you just have to get that extra fertilizer out of there as soon as possible and you'll be fine. It happens to everyone, more than once. Its like learning the piano, you'll never be able to memorize a song without hitting the wrong key a few times. (Terrible analogy)
Ok. Are you going to give it a light flush as well?Tonight I will remove the top layer of soil. I'll add a promix with no fertilizer to cover the feeding roots. I'll be careful. Day 71 and this bs happens. Smells incredible opening the tent though.
Yes today is water day anyway.Ok. Are you going to give it a light flush as well?
The Dr. is a friendly. Someone should E-mail the question in and find out once and for all.So which one is right I wonder
I looked really closely by disturbing the soil and found bugs. I watered with BMC. Doesn't seem like I have many options. I am glad you did it. At least you do not have to chase deficiency or burn or whateverI looked really closely by disturbing the soil and found bugs. I watered with BMC. Doesn't seem like I have many options. Day 73 on some.
Do I have any options on eradication?I am glad you did it. At least you do not have to chase deficiency or burn or whatever
I can not say for sure what kind of bug this is, some are beneficial when growing organics, but I can tell you for sure that larvae are not beneficial. They not only mess with roots but they can easily go inside your plant, drilling holes to your main stalk and just kill the plant mechanicaly, if pythium is not the actual culprit. I would try to catch your main stalk, the trunk, in your one hand and try to move it to the sides. Is it strongly attached to the rootball or is it surpisingly weak and the roots behave like some kind of rubber? Have you noticed some lets say weird foul funky smell few days ago when you entered your room or tent? If you figure out root rot, than 0,75% peroxide drench. I know you are organics, but there are important things and more important. If you are sure you are good on this field, than get some larvicide and hope for the best.Do I have any options on eradication?
No weird smells. Just a little fishy from the flower girl. Stalks seem strong the way I move the plants in and out of the tent. Now it's a race to finish. Day 73. I hope they finish over the next 14 days. When you re amended the soil did you add any buffers like lime or oyster shell flower to keep the PH from getting to low?Yes. This is grow 4 same soil
