I thought it also could be from being in direct sunlight on outdoor plants too..my biggest one had crazy looking striped purple steady I figure it is stressed it's been hot as hell most days..my other smaller ones seem healthier and have green stems tho ..Pictures of the entire plant but those leaves look plant needs a good feeding.
Striped purple sounds like possible magnesium deficiency. Got back from vaca and all the bottom leaves were like this fed her 6 weeks into flower budding beautifully with post pictures soonI thought you meant purple striping in the leaves. Feed it a full feeding. The stripes probably won’t disappear but new growth will hopefully be normal.
I thought it was the stems get sunburnpurple on the leaves stems usually is just sunburn afaik, it's purple in the stems you want to watch for
