I have one, it helps. I see them marketplace for cheap or free sometimes . It hurts my ankles a little ( mostly pulling the hair on top of my feet ) and I wouldn’t do it with someone to stand you back up until you get used to it ( pro tip ).Has anyone with a bad back tried an inversion table? Something has to be done, this has gone on too long this time. Fingers crossed. The boy dragged it into the garage for me at least. Had a little shower roll through last night, didn't amount to much.I have one also...It makes a wonderful ironing board now....
I think they can be beneficial, for some. I use to use it right before bed.
