Thrips? Anyone can help confirm?

Found these tiny bugs crawling on my outdoor can barely see them with the naked eye. After looking around I think they are thrips. These are the best pics I could get. There are very few of them maybe seen 5 total but I know there are more.

If my suspicion is correct can someone give me a recommendation on treating the plants?

Do you currently have an ipm program in place? Especially outdoor, pests are inevitable.
Thrips larvae hatch in the soil. The adults fly around and eat leaf tissue.
Spinosad. Root Drench for the larvae.
Purecrop1 foliar spray for the adults.
Use both once a week for 3 weeks.

Really don't, this is my first grow in 12 years outside. Usually just let nature take its course and just got lucky with resilient strains in past I think

Diatomaceous earth helped me thru my grows alot I stopped applying it to the leaves tho but I cover my soil in it every time the soil dries after watering
For sprays I use Captain Jacks Neem oil and Dead Bug Brew
