Confirming my diagnosis

Here I am thinking it looks like magnesium deficiency. Starting at the lower and older leaves. Growing in living soil that has been amended with kelp,alfalfa,insect frass, fish bone meal and basalt.

Please let me know what you think.

Just my 2c.
Are the white specs bugs or some type of IPM?
I see the yellowing between the veins but it's weird to me that it is close to the veins where Mg is usually more centered with the yellowing between the veins. If it is Mg it's not severe.

Good eye, I didn't notice so I went and checked, it was just dust that wiped off.
