Lst/scrogg advice

Stripped a couple plants today and plucked the odd leaf. Will do a second hit tomorrow to do the rest. Some good stacking and bud size for only day 20. Hoping it continues like this, fresh water change tomorrow 1.4 ec still

Didn’t do a huge leaf strip but pulled a fair few bunching up in the middle and those blocking light to mid canopy. Overall pretty happy and you can definitely see the difference its made to freeing up space for light penetration and airflow

Day 24 lights on. Really happy with how they are coming on, having just run this strain previously they are definitely ahead this run for bud development. Maybe down to following a vpd chart and running higher room temps lights on (28.5c)

Yeah pretty much, but its good tho just watching them stack up and only needing to water :)

Well keeping temps in the 25c/77f though out is the main goal right now, a little over is okay, weeks 4/5/6 and 7 is when you want to give them as much light as possible, for say a 9 week strain...when i want temps to go down abit i may decrease light just a little bit and the amount of heat towards week 8/9 as i also decrease feeding... losing yield is just not really possible at that stage when they got so much weight already... then they ripen up nicely with maybe some colour/ perserve as much terpenes and thc.

That's just how i do it but i do blast em with fuck loads of hps...so........

I raised my room temps to 28.5c ish because I’m using leds and read that you need thst due to lack of direct heat from leds compared to hps. Majority or the canopy is getting 700/1100ppfd lights on and the leaves are still praying up with no signs of stress so I’ll keep pushing it for the next few weeks at least

Yeah oath on the 28c with leds, i have seen some experienced growers disagree with it and keep it in the 25...but personally i do not know as i have not had the pleasure of experimenting with led yet but when i do, it's going to be a conbination of hps and led...heard good things on quality and yield doing the both but that's yet to be seen. , you know what you are doing forsurezzz and as we do , just keep ur eye on them!

Looks great keep us updated :)

Thank you for the positive energy bro yeah I’ve tried mixing but the growth difference in height between hps/led threw me off and i didn’t do too well hahaha! Yeah I will keep this thread going until the chop!

Day 27. Buds are forming really well now, hoping the swell in the next few weeks will be good. Dropping room temps to 27 and humidity to 51/2.

Does bud development still look about right for this stage? This strain definitely won’t swell into monsters but im hoping to get some good 4/6 inch colas

They do look quite far ahead for 6 weeks 5 days so I’ll check the trics later but looking like it could finish in 8 maybe push to 9. Hopefully they’ll put on a bit more chunk but all is good at the moment

They look so good !!!!, definitely push it to atleast 9 weeks , well i would because.. you might not see much difference visually but i find even if i pull a little on the early side it's just not quite as good compared to being left for longer.

nice looking grow, healthy plants. I'd let em go as long as possible, the calyxs continue to swell and the nugs still chunk up in that last week. 9/10 times plants get chopped too early vs too late.

Thanks Mate! the frost level is getting crazy. I was hoping they would be a bit bigger by now but there is lots of them so that makes up for it I suppose. I will probably push them to 9. I’ll check the trics tomorrow and see

Thanks for popping in mate, yeah this is one of my better ones ive done. Not looking forward to the trim job hahahah. I have run out of pk now but at this stage I don’t think it will make a difference

will be pulling this weekend (end of 9) trics are all cloudy, hopefully a couple ambers by the weekend. Real citrusy smell in the room right now
