Set up an auto feed system. If you want the best out of your coco you need to water multiple times per day. I water then about 8-10 times per day while they are in flower.

For the drainage just put them into some type of tray and have the tray run off into some type of low lying collection container.

I have most of the stuff to do this already i have a manifold i built and all the irrigation lines and timers just not got round to it yet

Wondering if anyone uses a watering wand and water pump?

for getting to the plants at the back without moving other plants

I ask this as i want to use a net and not need to take 4 plants out the tent twice every day for watering

It's worth the effort. Once you get the auto watering dialled in it's a lot less work and you will get faster growth rates.

Its more so the plan with run off i need to be happy with getting rid of that without my hands before i try the auto feed

So think i have managed to find summit to pump the run off away and just need a washer for 1 of the deck drains
