Plant looks "weird". Is it a male?

I recently got back into growing after taking a year off. I still had some feminized seeds stored and while the first one I tried ended up being a dud, the second one germinated without an issue. She's now in her 5g pot and not quite 3 weeks into veg. I know it's early to sex her but she just looks different than any other plant I've ever grown. She has these little pods at the very top. Anybody know what this is? Am I just tripping and it's normal?

It's a male plant.

Thank you, everyone! Not the answer I wanted to hear but at least now I won't waste any more time on this boy.

whart straiun and breeder is it from, ive been nicely stoned from smoking mini male skunk plants b4, it all depends on the quality of the genetix, good breeder with good genetic ,and ill garantee you will get off of the male plants. not as good as female plants, but good enough for shits n giggles.
want not waste not/
just bag the plant b4 it throws its pollen, or you mess up your tent or grow area with pollen
