Importance of lights on/off temp swing question.

Much info indicates a cooler lights off period is ideal but not required.

My tent situation, with lights off/heater off RH bounced up to 70.1% from 50% so I turned the heater back on to stop the spike which worked.

How critical is having a lights on/off temp swing and what is an ideal swing?

I struggled with RH in winter and ran the lights at night and lost any real difference in temp. It definitely didn't hamper strength or frost but the smell all but went away in flower. That was until just over a month jarred. The smell came back a little and smoked nice.
I would say that I think they can handle up to 70 rh from time to time in my (limited indoor) experience as long as they have a fan on them and no leaves are all crowded.
Pretty interested myself if anyone else has noticed any major factors of cold or lack of in dark. ✌

What do you think about emailing a seed manufacture with the question? A seed shop should know.

Some folks cite the Royal Queen Seeds site for information so I could ask them.
