Almost didn't get the shoulder injection yesterday. The nurse told me I was going to have to wait, because I just had 2 last week in my foot. The doctor did the shoulder injection anyways! Not sure why...He first said i would have to come back in 2 weeks, and i said OK....and a minute later he was like "we are doing this today". He did give me the name of another shoulder surgeon he wants me to see. I really want to avoid this suurgury!!

This was yesterday and i think today might hit 90!!

Either biking or walking or both, because next week we are back to normal 50's.

Maybe I should add a car detailing to the list !

My mobile detailer has it on his list for today. I'll remember to mention my odometer to him. With my HUD I almost never look closely at my dashboard. Good looking out

Yeah once you name them it's game over, sorry.
Really? We always thought that it made dinner taste better. Every year we got a steer and two sow, direct from the farm, when I was a kid. My parents knew the farmer, so we'd actually choose our animals almost a full year before they were ready for slaughter. My little sister was 3 when she started naming our future dinners at the farm.

When we moved and changed states forcing us to rely on grocery stores for our meats and vegetables, my mom would say that it didn't taste as good because we didn't name them. Three things that are much better when they're not commercially grown, preserved, packaged, and shipped are vegetables, meats, and weed.

I have relatives like that. I think it's the difference between urban and rural. We lived next to the farm.
