I was digging dirt out of rotted raised beds just now, noticed it was 83 degrees and decided it would be a better use of this hot day to come inside and shop for replacement steel beds and do dabs. My wIfe wants something more than 6 inches off the ground and I'm right with her. With the cost of lumber these days anyway....

do you buy or look at job lots of wood? there eithter leftovers from a big job, orders that were never picked up ,but wood all cut to size. there cheap as and allways come in handy, we allways put aside money for things like that. we recently got a wholesalers card for a local food firm, we buy up all thre going out of date items, live like kings on verry little.

Oh yeah....Getting a big ol' needle deep in the shoulder joint today....the 13th. What could will go wrong????
Another few gorgeous days here before returning to seasonable temps. Even went shopping for some new shorts and pillows last night, and cooked on the grill.

Have you ever seen the movie face off there's a scene in there that comes to mind LOL NO MORE MANDARINS FOR THAT WOMEN EVER
I need to go talk to the new, young hotness that is our local shoulder specialist for some PRP therapy I think might help but I have to be ready to face PT because no use getting the injections if I don't do the work. Good morning
