Idiots!
The moose are stressed enough as it is without dumb asses screwing with them.
They got off easy - the dude below succumbed to his injuries.

I came out of the woods by a lake only to see a juvenile moose standing just to my right a few feet away. The woods where so thick i couldn'teven see it through the tree it was by. Scared the crap out of me but it was unfazed and just kept munching. I gave him space.

I like venison, how does it compare?
Actually Moose, Elk and Deer is all considered Venison.
A decent deer will yield a back strap about the diameter of my forearm and 26 - 28" long - a moose however will be around the size of my thigh and about 54 - 60" long. Huge difference and when you talk about cutlets seared in cast iron with a bit of moose fat (taste's just like the meat). They're the size of a boneless ribeye but none of that "waxy" mouth feel that beef has.

The ol’ blinker fluid! Brings back memories. When I was in the Army we used to make the new soldiers on vehicle “maintenance day” go out to a Humvee and fill a 55 gallon black trash bag with a “exhaust sample” and run it over to the platoon sergeant. It was hilarious to see a big black bag with air and a private running to do what he thought was important.

"Go get a yard of flightline and some prop wash."
It was all fun and games until a couple Airmen brought back the red rope used to cordon off a secure area...
