Smoked pork belly “burnt ends”, before saucing, then after saucing. Didn’t post last night - was too busy eating and ejoying the food coma.

made some naan today.
They look good, what did you cook them on? I think I have that same cutting board!

usually I grill them, but it was snowing outside, so I went stove top with my trusty cast iron. I love that cutting board 18"x 18" 3" thick. It never leaves the counter.
A bit of that naan would have been perfect with my dinner, roast chicken and brussel sprouts
