He's like 7-8 months yeah. His limitations are definitely solely on me and my training. Still have a problem with him nipping and biting. But he definitely does it out of boredom and to communicate. Which is on me and not stimulating him enough. But I kind of feel like he is a mutant and seems to need more than the average dog.

Yeah, he's definitely some type of working breed like a heeler or cattle dog . Always needing a job or play time . He's just so stinking handsome and smart though...

Yeah he's 1/2 cattle dog. 1/2 a bunch of other shit. But acts full cattle dog. Thinking those cattle dog genes are some dominant ass genes.

Most days he gets 1 hr fetch in the morning. 1 hr fetch in the evening. A couple mini training sessions throughout the day. A night walk. And he still ain't tired. He's exhausting sometimes lol. Almost as if he was bred to trek the Australian outback all day herding cattle.

That's correct, she's a Springer. I believe her owners did some training with her. Very smart breed, I build my dogs a kennel and my stud A.J. would climb the doghouse then jump over it to escape the kennel which was about 8 feet tall, brilliant. Had to tweek the kennel a bit after that, jaja.

Pretty wild how different all those heelers look from one another. Not even talking the reds from the blues. The blues got some cool dimorphism from one another.

My brother had ridgebacks growing up. I think I said that already right?

At the dog park today,known dog for being aggressive.60 lbs husky cross put a beat down on a little dog.Had the owner not pulled the husky away little dog was a goner.Aggressive bites etc.
I was 50ft away when this went down.I walked up to the owner and told him you get a mussel for that dog or your not welcome here.He just looked at me and rolled his eyes.Ive witnessed his dog do this before as Im their every day.Will see what happens.Ill be sure to remind him next time.

I actually have not taken my dog to a dog park for that reason. He's kind of nervous and dog weary as it is. And I fear if he gets attacked it will turn into hard to reverse fear aggression.

You know what. It’s usually the human that fucks shit up at the dog park. Yeah, some dogs can be dicks by themselves but they usually work it out when hanging with other dogs. It’s funny as hell sometimes there. I haven’t with this pup yet but have been known to dabble allot with my other dogs.

I went through this with a neighbor . Their two Olde English Bulldogs broke though a storm door and honestly tried to kill my little dude while I was walking him .

I was able to snatch him up both times but they tried to grab him from my arms . It was brutal . The second time was the worst , I had to go lay down as I had chest pains from it .

I'm on break at work or I'd go into detail . Maybe later....

The other thing I noticed is his red is different shades and almost ringed or something… not sure if that's going from puppy fur to adult fur or what . looks kind of cool though.
