i just cut my one plant down cause it was deing and its stock was comletly hallow down to the roots

Just chopped mine down a couple weeks ago, it was hollow, just thoght they all were like that.

no just in soil i think it was a durban poison

all plant stocks are hallow to a different degree, how else would the roots be able to transfer nutrients up to the leaves. Like a human's viens are hallow, though tiny, a plant's stem is hallow. Also, when a plant dies it dries up causing the stock to be more hallow.
