just chopped 2 plants that weighed 10oz each wet, how much do they uselly lose

1/2-2/3 depending on how heavily you flush. Your 20oz will shrink to 7-10. Never wiegh your wet but it's just to disappointing when you weigh bry

Yea flushing definitely effects yield negatively.

shit, 75% to 80% loss all day, It differs depending on your environment but in mine its 75% to 80% consistently ....... flushing is for toilets

You will loose around 70% - more if you are weighing the entire plant with main stem.
I remove and dry the individual stems and I loose around 70%
