My temps now that it is the winter is low's with lights on in my tent and mid 60's with lights off. Humidity is around 50%... In the summer my temps are gonna be on avg. mid to high 70's with humidity around 50% also. Is PM gonna be more likely and worse in the summer in my basement?PM is not systemic. Your environment needs to be fixed.
I never knew about it when i grew that way but it works outdoor if you treat the soilDoes citric acid effect the ph of hydro??
You really need to take care of pm before pistils appear. It can be used in flower but tuns them brown.. I'm pretty sure it will affect the ph in hydro, maybe cover the rw and monitor ph closely..Thanks how late in flowering can you spray? Also can you spray these on cuttings right away and how often? ... Will spraying these on cuttings in rockwool mess up the rockwool ph or whatever? ... Been using athena IPM
Is this stuff better to rotate with the Athena IPM than the stuff you mentioned??You really need to take care of pm before pistils appear. It can be used in flower but tuns them brown.. I'm pretty sure it will affect the ph in hydro, maybe cover the rw and monitor ph closely..
Mix 1 tsp per qt for clones spray once a week.. Good luck
I grow in 10 gallon rez's and they are on carboard in the winter, temps don't get below 63 with lights off.Are your plants set directly on the concrete floor or are a pad of insulation on top of the concrete floor?
63 lights off is pretty cold. Is that water temp or room temp? If that’s room temp there is probably your problem get the temp up and keep it consistentI grow in 10 gallon rez's and they are on carboard in the winter, temps don't get below 63 with lights off.
What's VPD?pm spores are everywhere , in my experience it really comes down to not only cleanliness but more importantly VPD, if your space gets humid then dry thats what is gonna cause PM to go crazy, keep VPD in check and you wont get PM, if that leaf cuticle dries up you are pretty much creating a bed and breakfast for PM
Why does the leaf cuticle dry up and how do i prevent it? What about when plants are bigger is the citric acid the same amount??You really need to take care of pm before pistils appear. It can be used in flower but tuns them brown.. I'm pretty sure it will affect the ph in hydro, maybe cover the rw and monitor ph closely..

Can low temps effect PM? Or just high temps?63 lights off is pretty cold. Is that water temp or room temp? If that’s room temp there is probably your problem get the temp up and keep it consistent
I can't get my basement over 68 in the winter... In the summer temps are like mid 70's.If your getting pm check the environment or just crank the temps and run CO2, and heat at night at 88-90 degrees with led and CO2 you'll never see mildew again. just run your heater and dehumidifier at night. I don't even use a dome. This is one of the reasons why led took over hps
