If you bought it by the ounce that would be pretty close but if you're buying a pound that's way tooooo much. Prices lessen with the more you buy.

to me ya it's too much but it all depends on where ya live etc.
no-one can tell you whats too much if they don't live in ya area. We can only tell you what we wouldn't pay.

You not in GA is you?

I understand what you are saying, mane, but $6000? Those are retail prices, not bulk. This might be a good deal in a country where the penalty for pot is death, but not in the States.

Prices vary widely by region and current supply and demand. I know some areas of the countries where 6k/lb is a deal. Try and get a second opinion locally would be my suggestion.

You would be surprised at what I can get a 16 to go for and it's over 6k and the switch I would serve it to would make way more than he spent.

Not sayin its a good thing nut where I'm at good weed comes at good prices since we are in need of it at constant times.

OP ask him how much a onion costs and report back, then you can actually calculate how much he would be knockin off if you brought a 16.

Prices fluctuate drastically depending on the part of the country you are in, local laws, state of the market, Supply and demand etc etc etc.

Round these parts 4200 for a pound of chron is average, thats high for most people.
$6000 seems a bit high, but if your guy can sell it for that, the more power to him.

ditto to everything that has been said....6k is a lot. I wouldn't pay it. If i was buying that kind of weight i would be playing 2k for decent...2500/3k for chron

i live in nj and if you had a pound of kush you could prolly sell it for bout 4-5k but 6 is a lil high. the only people in here that are sayin that its too much are prolly from cali and can get some name brand buds but here in jersey it would be impossible to get a lb of kush so if you did have it, itd be worth 5k

california, its like 2500-3000, 3500 if its really good.
ounces are only 280....
Uhhhh yeah 3500 for the mediocre stuff on the street, and some really decent stuff from up north near Humboldt Bay/arcata, but here in Cali pounds can go close to 7000k sometimes. It all depends on the strain being sold, the person who grew it, and the person buying it. For the most part though, 3500 is what you would see for really really good kush if you bought a 5 pack or maybe a 2-3 pack, but believe me there is plenty of weed out there that can sell for 5000+ easy. In L.A. especially, there are retard clubs that will pay through the fucking nose for OG because people in So Cal think OG is the best fucking weed in the world. I've smoked probably close to 25-40 variants of OG after living in So Cal for 10 years, and a SHITLOAD of other bud, and plenty of them sell for way more than $3500. I have a friend who lives in Humboldt and deals with people selling 50 to 100 packs, and yet he still has to pay 3500 for just the average shit. Weed can get really really expensive when it is there is one strain that is the best shit around and there is only a little bit of it. The best OG I have ever smoked was called skywalker OG, and it went for 6600 a pound to the club....the club wouldn't sell anything over a gram, not even an eigth. This club also had 30+ strains, 4 of which were all OG, but the club owner still payed 6600 for the skywalker because it was the best OG he's ever seen. When you walk into a club and you have the dankest fucking weed they have ever seen, you can pretty much charge wtvr the fuck you want. The grower just straight up had the best OG they had ever seen, probably the best OG within 25 miles, and because of the fact that they don't want other clubs to have it, they buy it....for $6600 a pound lol. On the street you don't see prices reaching that high because people just don't have the money, but keeping that in mind then that means the people with the dankest weed sure as fuck aren't selling it to the street when they can make way more money by selling it to the clubs.
