If all you have is all purpose at home you can add some vital wheat gluten and malted barley to it so you don't need to keep pounds of extra flour at home.

I love the look of this one, dips are great. i was dippingtortilla and nacho chips in bean/cheese sauces after i got back from holiday from the southern part of america and mexico as a kid, people thaught i was mad, now everyones dipping there chips in something lol
