Anyone ever have a new plant sprout from root?

I cut this plant and a few days later I saw a new plant over on the side of the pot. So I got curious and water/fed it. It's flowering now but isn't big at all but I'm gonna see what happens

I think you mean to ask has anyone saw a cutting sprout from just falling on the ground / in the pot? Yeah.

Outdoors especially when I snip nodes its like 4 leaf clover below with little weed plants. Resilient little fuckers they are.

It was an auto from mephisto. Maybe there was a seed dropped but it should have sprouted sooner. This plant didn't show until I sawed the plant down and left the stump

Coulda been a seed or small node that fell.

It’s an amazing plant. Only way to know would be take it out of container and hose away root ball. See where is growing from.
