Howdy y’all, help with brown buds please

I swear every run it’s something new! Ok,
Trop cherry, hps, indoor 45 humidity, 78 temp.
I hate this strain. I have PM, and am controlling it with potassium bicarbonate. I have other strains in the room unaffected. My buds are turning brown. They look almost burnt, I would think that was the problem if there weren’t some down lower that looked the same way. Also, I don’t know if it is this strain, but Frick it stinks. I broke open one of them just check it.. just wondering if anybody has any ideas. I included a photo of a bud right next to a brown one that looks fine. A lot of them look like this, I would say 50%. I have never had bud rot or any fungus besides PM… always learning I guess

Looks like a pretty significant bug issue as well.

Those white spots on the leaves are not from potassium bicarbonate........they're from thrips.

I did, I am figuring out now that is what is going on.. I’m sorry, I was freaking out last night lol the strange smell of this strain and the brown.. well, I just .. freaked

I fight the powder daily, I have 76 plants that have to make it 4 more weeks, so the leaves are just beat up. I will look harder when the lights come on but, the potassium leaves a residue, and beats them up over time.

It is water spots you are seeing on the leaves from me shaking my sprayer.. I believe it is just from me spraying the bicarbonate that made my buds brown.. new lesson lol they should trim up fine. Sorry y’all for that, and Thank you so much for your replies!

Yah, don't spray that kind of stuff so far into flower. If you have powdery mildew that bad that you need engineering controls. Get better air exchange, air movement (fans) and a goo dehuey
