The dynamic between u, ur son, and all of us here is amazing.
Drying in a closet can be good if you can properly control the environment. Heck I’ve dried in an old washing machine box before. But please make sure whatever u dry in is very very clean.
Tell your son to do abit research on drying conditions and stop listening to idiots. Why don’t you try and convince him to forget what he thinks he knows and join our community. Lots of knowledgeable growers on here that are happy to help!
you’re doing this the right way and I applaud that, question everything, discuss it with peers, take advice but only once it’s explained to you by someone who can make you understand, if you can’t explain it to a beginner then you don’t really know it.
The low and slow method works remarkably well, a good dry will take you atleast 12 days to complete, some including myself like to push that to 3 weeks.
Keep up the good work and keep asking questions!
