hello i need help i was moving my grow light today and it fell on my plant she’s in flowering stage i say 2 weeks in and the top stem bent in so mad someone please help i just want to know what to do and if she will heal..

Sounds like you supercropped it by mistake. This early in flower you should be fine as long as it's not broken open really bad. As mentioned above, pics are needed for a good answer. Painters tape is good to wrap the break if it's bad.

i tied it to a pole as you see in the pic and sprayed a mist of water

That's much better, now I can see the color of the leaves which helps with diagnosis of issues. What power is the light, the actual watts used not what it claims? It looks like it didn't get enough light as the nodes are spaced really far apart and there are only 3 fingered leaves.

XTSHO has a better eye than I do and he's right, if the top part doesn't perk back up in a day or so, or it starts looking worse, I'd cut it just below the break and hope that topping it this far into flower doesn't effect you too much.
I've never had a damaged section wilt like that and recover. I litterally snapped a forming cola on a Hawaiian Cat Piss v3, left it alone and it's already healing up. No tie up, no tape, no wilted leaves.
