Just opened up my closet to see if my plants have sprouted and I see this (below). Are these spider mites?

Looks like soil mold or good microbial life in the soil . Your soil looks really wet and dense probably the later

Looks like some sort of mold to me.
Try using some perlite in your soil for aeration........your soil looks like mud.

This is an old soil I got from my grandparents house awhile ago it said it has perlite in it but it is very old is this mold detrimental to the plants? And how do I fix this if I need to since it’s already in the pot and the plant has sprouted.
