why are so many magats moving to florida? i know the obvious reason, that's the new home of fascism in America, unfortunately, under the leadership of der fuhrer desantis, but home prices are ridiculous, rental properties are rare and costly, they're talking about a state income tax, and THE OCEAN IS RISING...Miami, the Keys, and Fort Lauderdale are all 3 feet above sea level...the entire coastline is close to that...where they seem to be building madly...hope those cheap row houses are water tight, cause they're gonna have to float in the relatively near future...
