New and Improved TnT Foodie thread

Think big, TWO turkeys!

I actually have 2 turkeys. I just pulled the 20 lb Butterball I bought earlier in the week out of the freezer. It's going to take 4 days to thaw and then I'll put it in the brine Tuesday night. I have another turkey I got for free at Fred Meyers for spending $150. But it's going to be just one turkey traditionally roasted this year.

I'll probably try out the bacon on a whole chicken in the near future though.

I am looking forward to hearing how that turns out. I decided I'm just doing a turkey breast for T'giving.

All that talk about deep fryers. Decided it was a fry night for dinner. Deep fried chicken strips but the fries are just frozen crinkle cuts done in the air fryer. Fresh fries are a hassle.

I also made some pull apart cinnamon rolls drizzled with a simple lemon juice and powdered sugar icing for desert.
