Rust coloured spots 3rd week flowering

I'm using 30% sphagnum peatmoss, 30% pumice, 30% mushroom compost and EWC. With gaia green 444 veg and 284 bloom.2 plants In a self watering earthbox 3x3x6 tent under mars hydro fc3000. 3rd week of flower.
I noticed a few leaves yesterday that have rust colored spots on them. Only a couple so far so hopefully I caught it quick enough.
I switched from synthetics so this is my first grow with these nutrients, I've never ran into any problems luckily so I've never added any extra cal-mag. And I haven't been PHing my water. Not sure if I need to PH, my last synthetic runs never needed to be PHd because after nutrients were added it was in the acceptable range.
Should I add some thing like Epsom? Or get some cal mag? Or start PHing my waterIMG_4031.JPGIMG_4030.JPG

Try a slurry test but, if your all organic ph should not be an issue. I'm thinking cal/mag. Looks like to me.
