Used a clean scalpe and sliced next to the seed to open it up and threw them both under 100 PAR full spectrum lighting, they shall live another day

Unnecessary. If you'd just have given them a day or so they'd be fine. They're plants...they do stuff slowly.

Sorry I'll admit it's some of my first few times germinating 3rd I think, both times 1.5 days they are standing up and I immediately put the cube into soil these had gone 2 days and I was worried they was stuck because I really don't know how to place the seed in the cube tbh sorry I'm making mistakes thanks for saying something, should i place in the dark until they stand up and discard shell or can I leave them under a little light

Here's my process that's working very well.
-Soak root riot cubes for 30-60 mins (it's really once I have time after putting them in a bowl)
-Take seeds and put them on the hole in the cube.
-Use a pen or something to gently push the seeds down into the cube rough a 1/4 inch
-Put cubes in a labeled 6 pack
-Put labeled 6 pack on heating pad in veg tent
-once they are starting to sprout their first set of real leaves, not the single finger, I move them to solo cups
-once solo cup roots look like this I move them to 1 gal containers for veg. (I should probably move them sooner.)

Brother sometime we love our plants to much. We always want to mess with them and make things better or faster. This is a hobby of patience. As soon as mine stand up I put under a grow light at about a 200 par reading.

Letting the sprout push up through soil makes for a stronger start and pushes off husk

Cannabis seeds can take anywhere from a couple of days to a week or more to germinate. They are decidedly not working on a strict timeline and depending on freshness and genetics and environment can differ greatly in how they sprout.

I over care and over paid for the seeds I def appreciate everyone's tips, question tho do you still do solo cup after germ for Auto, I'm under a understanding autos you want to transplant as less as you can. So I jumped into 1 gal pots and today's day 4 I just started spraying around the cube when I water and not just the cube itself but I'm only going about a inch circle diameter around her ATM to counter the immediate 1g pit from sprout

Me personally I start every seed either in a red solo cup or a Rockwool cube. And yes you can transplant autos. That is the way I always do. Some may disagree but I do it and it works for me.

It depends on how good you are at watering seedlings in big bags/pots. That's tough thing for lots of people and plenty lose plants to over-watering.

Lol I'm totally good there, I started this journey with never watering a plant in my life and grabbed 12 clones and 2 marijuana grow bibles thought I'd be hot shit and just kill it reading information I actually took baby clones not knowing better and transplanted into 3 gal pots so I could run my auto oxygen cube system I'm amazed these didn't die I learned withen 3 "auto waterings" oh man this is bad and I hand watered them like they was in soil 1x every ither day only and I'm in coco added perlite vermiculite so I learned prettttttty quickly how to water a small plant in a big pot, I've been able to make some serious mistakes and guided through some serious problems to this today, I'm roughly 6 weeks Veg maybe a week longer skillcraft and a few other friends I've met on here are helping me through a ugly Mag + P def pretty sure I've turned the corner tho and hopefully in a week or 2 I can finally flip into flower bc tbh ima run out of room in my 4x4 on the left almost garunteed as is right now

Although we know it was a very very different plant than the marijuana we know today well that a completely different plant we are at what a cousins cousins cousin of of said marijuana going back 28m years

It’s a weed as far as being able to survive abuse till it flowers which makes it different than most plants
You are actually doing good for experience and there is no substitute for hands on experience
