White tops showing up

I have led lights there 3 ft above canopy and have them at 90 percent just noticed some white tops showing up leaves are a little off but was told it was nutrient burn so I backed down the potency . What do you guys think

I use jacks but been riding ec really high like around 3.3

There's your issue.

I'd say it is light bleaching which is happening because your literally frying them with such high EC, so your plants aren't healthy and reacting that way.

Flush em then half your EC
