Has anyone ever had experience with a split like this, and will it be or turn into a problem, it hasn't so far

I do it all the time when I twist stems to supercrop instead of snapping them. Won’t hurt a thing. Don’t put anything on it.

From the looks of it that thing is complete trash. I can't imagine a pic of pre chop is going to be anything but a nightmare. Lol
