Got my cow in, just some parts of it in pic below. Also contains bolognese sauce and beef stewed in red wine (kinda like a dutch version of beef bourguignon).

Any awesome minced beef recipes? A meatball is pretty much the most common piece of meat at dinner around here. They're large and plain and I get depressed just thinking about it. Package includes burgers already, bolognese too. I'm thinking potatoes, cauliflower, cheese + herbs and minced beef in oven. But that still leaves plenty for 3-4 more dishes.

Bangers and colcannon mash is Irish stamppot. Good. Tried Swiss Papet Vaudois/Vaud sausage with leeks and potato. Good.

My most favourite steak is spinalis dorsi aka ribeye cap
