Prevention is always best but sometimes you just got to go nuclear to get rid of those little buggers. I'm not into spraying anything unless I have to but when I have to those f'ers are gonna die!

I agree Aphids.Good catch! I didn't bother looking at the pic but those sure look like aphids but the same treatments will kill those too.

You need to figure out where they are coming from and either trap them there or kill them there. I prefer using KATCHY traps, they are an affordable machine you can get on Amazon that has a light which attracts the bugs and a fan that sucks them into a sticky trap. They work great..
If you have the option spray around your house using a bug-preventative product. This obviously won't stop the flying insects like Thrips, Flies etc but that is why you have a Katchy trap or similar to catch the bugs before they make it into your grow.
To treat plants "safely" in flower you can use a product like Plant Therapy by Lost Coast and use a fogging/atomizing sprayer to cover lower portions of leaves then upper parts of leaves. Saturate all stems, pots, stalks and leaves. Hopefully once you get your grow to where your preventing bugs in the first place you won't need to spray your plants anymore.

There is a product called ”Flying Skull - Nuke em” that might be worth looking into.

It uses natural yeast extracts and essential oils to kill soft bodied insects in all stages. Bugs can’t build up a tolerance to it, because it’s not a chemical insecticide. It’s OMRI listed/certified, and I was told it can be sprayed on flower, no issues, by the owner of my local hydro store. I used it on an outdoor project a few years ago when I found issues in flower, and it knocked the mites out in a week. There is also the possibility of dusting them with diatomaceous earth, since it’s an inert powder. It would be wise to thoroughly budwash before harvesting either way. Just a few suggestions to look into.

No. They leave little drops of dew behind if it gets bad enough. Tiny webbing is spider mites but you can have both if you're really unlucky.

In my experience, I don’t get mites and most pests if I don’t take plants from other gardens into my own garden, and I definitely never take plants inside that were outside whether cannabis or other plants, so I never have had aphids either, worst I get is a fungus gnat or maybe 2-3 in the whole grow but I am in organic soil, and they seem to die off before becoming an issue of any kind luckily
but also don’t let your room/tent get too hot, as the pests love warmth and humidity, and it can be avoided with some proper airflow to deter the bugs by having your leaves slightly moving in the breeze, and not providing perfect conditions for them to thrive in as well
but if you got them this badly already I’d suggest predatory insects over spraying anything in flower at all…
